We are just wrapping up our group 12 Day Refresh and I have had requests for more breakfast ideas. It can be a struggle when people are eliminating dairy and wheat, especially at breakfast time as many are used to cereal and milk, yogurt or toasted bread and this is a great alternative.

This is a refreshing, detox friendly breakfast bowl with crispy apple bites and satisfying healthy seeds tossed in a flavorful cinnamon infused citrus juice. Enjoy!

Instructions
  1. Juice the orange and pour into a bowl. I used a blood orange here for the color.
  2. Add the chia seeds, stir and let the seeds absorb the juice for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the hemp, sunflower seeds, cinnamon and stevia and stir to combine.
  4. Chop the apple into small cubes.
  5. Toss the apple into the seed mixture until evenly coated.
Recipe Notes

You can really jazz this up with pumpkin seeds, goji berries, walnuts, grated coconut or any super food you enjoy or have on hand.
