I am so happy that you are here! Let’s go for a virtual walk! I’d love to get to know you.
Imagine a beautiful green garden ahead of us with a crystal clear spring of water running through it. The sound is so soothing. As we step into the garden let’s take off our shoes and feel the grounding earth beneath our feet pulling all the negative energies out of us. Can you feel the warm sun on your skin? Breathe deep and smell the sweet fresh air filling your lungs. Are you feeling that sense of peace…that place of rest here? It feels so good to step out of our hectic world. There is a rainbow of color all around us in the fruits and vegetables we are surrounded by. Everything we need is here for optimal wellness. God gave us these plants and their seeds when time began on earth. It is a gift to us, to treasure and to nurture.

THE CLUTTER CLEANSE (PART FIVE) The Living Room How many of you spend microscopic time in the living room? This room is the one room in the house that we spend the most money on expensive, beautiful furniture for entertaining and then we never use it...
THE CLUTTER CLEANSE (PART FOUR) The Kitchen The kitchen and food preparation used to be hidden in the back and food was transported to the dining area. Today the kitchen can be a focal point of the house, open to the living room, sun room, dining room...
The Clutter Cleanse (Part Three) The Entry The entry is not a gathering place; it is important because this is the first impression of your home. Your entry should facilitate the flow of people and storage of items. Make a list of everything that you want to store...
“I want to thank you for leading this group. Not only did you just lead us , but you led by example. I enjoyed everyone’s ideas and recipes. Being an artist… I especially loved the colorful photos. You guys need to upload your photos and sell them. I learned many valuable things… But if I had to pick the most valuable: 1. I learned how good I can feel if I choose correctly. 2. I learned my weak areas and how to overcome them. 3. I learned the importance of bringing food and family back to the kitchen table together. 4. Preparing healthy foods is something my husband and I enjoy and do well together. 5. The kids value eating healthy and enjoy how it makes them feel too. With this detox, I was able to get myself back on track. Thanks everyone and THANK YOU Susan!!”Kelly Kull
“I felt very refreshed all through the 12 days. I felt very motivated and very excited to try all different healthy recipes. I am very blessed to be home and have the time to make all the different meals for my family. I felt so good going grocery shopping and staying in the outer isles of the grocery store ( the healthy isles). Greens, greens, greens….I found myself checking out everyone’s cart, and thinking, “FOOD IS MEDICINE”. It sure is an eye opener when you see what other people actually eat. I slept good most nights. I definitely have more energy, and have learned how to cook healthier meals and it still tastes yummy. I hope to implement healthier cooking on a daily basis, and continue to follow Refresh with Susan. I have lost 6 lbs and hope to lose another 4. Thank you Susan, it was an honour and pleasure to be a part of this….great job….feeling very inspired. Thank you to everyone, what a great motivated group. It was so nice hearing everyone’s comments and sharing recipes and motivational tips along the way..thanks again, Susan, you definitely found your forte.”Angela French
