Imagine a beautiful green garden ahead of us with a crystal clear spring of water running through it. The sound is so soothing. As we step into the garden let’s take off our shoes and feel the grounding earth beneath our feet pulling all the negative energies out of us. Can you feel the warm sun on your skin? Breathe deep and smell the sweet fresh air filling your lungs. Are you feeling that sense of peace…that place of rest here? It feels so good to step out of our hectic world. There is a rainbow of color all around us in the fruits and vegetables we are surrounded by. Everything we need is here for optimal wellness. God gave us these plants and their seeds when time began on earth. It is a gift to us, to treasure and to nurture.
